Join a growing team of surgeons and physician assistants in an inpatient surgical PA practice
About the Opportunity
Surgeries include: general, bariatric, colorectal, vascular, thoracic, additional subspecialties may be added as we continue to grow our surgical service line
Hospital-based role at Kent Hospital (primarily) and Women & Infants Hospital
OR assisting and inpatient management, admissions, discharges, consults & daily rounding
OR assist experience a plus
Bedside procedures include NG tube placement, wound vac changes and I&D of abscesses
Schedule: Three 12-hour (6a – 6p, 6p – 6a) shifts with possibility of one 12-hour and one 24-hour. Rotating and shared weekend and holiday shifts to provide 24/7 coverage
