Texas Health Fort Worth seeks to hire a Registered Nurse RN to work in the GI Lab Full-time Days

we'd like to see candidates with ICU or ER exp with IR, GI, or Cath lab exposure

Location: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week Full-Time Days, On Call required - 4x10 hour shifts

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is a 726-bed, Magnet-designated regional referral center that has served the residents of Tarrant County and surrounding communities since 1930. Hospital services include cardiovascular care, high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics and sports medicine, neonatal intensive care, and trauma/emergency medicine. In early 2014, Texas Health Fort Worth will be opening a new 75,000 square foot Emergency Services Center, one of the largest in the region. Education

Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or

Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref

Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req

Experience

1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req

Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
