Position:

Experienced Commercial / Industrial Electrician or Journeyman Lead / Foreman Company: Lumix Electrical, Inc. Pay Range: $28.00+/hour (depending on experience) Location: Rogersville, MO (Springfield Metro Area)

Job Overview Lumix Electrical, Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial and Industrial Electricians—Journeyman-level, Leads, and Foremen—to join our high-performing team in Rogersville, MO. Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and support commercial and industrial electrical systems

Perform daily tasks independently with high efficiency and attention to safety

Run and install raceways including EMT, Rigid, and PVC (½”–4”)

Bend conduit using hand, electric, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes

Execute panel installations, lighting systems, and power distribution layouts

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components

Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure reliability and performance

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Adhere to NEC standards and local/state/national codes

Follow strict PPE and lockout/tagout safety protocols

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients

Collaborate with other trades and project teams to meet job timelines

Operate testing equipment for system diagnostics

Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and compliance updates

Qualifications Required Qualifications

5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience

Journeyman Electrician license (preferred)

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Ability to commute or relocate to Springfield, MO metro area

Strong understanding of NEC and jobsite safety practices

Experience with hand and power tools, testing equipment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Crew leadership or foreman experience

Working knowledge of PLCs, controls, VFDs, and soft starts

Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment

Physical ability to perform construction-related tasks (bending, lifting, climbing)

Willingness to travel up to 25% (per diem included)

High school diploma or GED

Basic computer literacy (email, documentation, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits

$28.00+/hour (DOE)

Weekly pay

Overtime potential & prevailing wage projects
