Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN)
to provide high-quality nursing care in a clinical or long-term care setting. The LPN will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care, safety, and daily clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care coordination
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Active
LPN license
in the state of assignment
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical settings preferred
Ability to work assigned shifts, including
both weekends
Reliable personal transportation required
Candidate must secure their own housing
Strong communication, time management, and patient care skills
