Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist at Waterbury Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Your expertise will enable our patients to recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, and return to their daily lives with confidence and independence.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with varying conditions and diagnoses
Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations, including assessment of physical function, range of motion, strength, and mobility
Develop and modify treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
Implement and supervise physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and strengthening programs
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut
Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
