Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring Level 1 trauma and PICU experience with night shifts.
Responsibilities
Position is in a Pediatric ICU within a hospital setting
Care for a pediatric patient population with varying levels of acuity
Night shift schedule, working 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Level 1 trauma experience required
No local candidates accepted; must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring IV infusions, and assisting with minor diagnostic procedures
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
Interact with patient families to communicate care plans and facilitate discharge planning
Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
Requirements
Active Oklahoma or compact RN license
Minimum of 1 year of Pediatric ICU experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
Associate's Degree in Nursing required
Current BLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
