Wellness Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living – a community committed to compassion, innovation, and community impact.
Schedule Full-time: at least 30 hours per week, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (or 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm). Part-time: 22–29 hours per week.
Compensation Salary range: $39.00 – $41.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration.
Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies.
Maintain clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Promote the highest degree of service to residents while leading and demonstrating the company mission.
Conduct thorough resident assessments.
Qualifications
LPN license with graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
At least 2 years’ experience in long‑term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting.
Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or other related dementias.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness of residents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
Requirement to lift or carry up to 50 lbs with proper body mechanics.
