Hybrid / In-home (Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, North Austin) and In-Office (East Round Rock)

About Strive Pediatrics We are an out-of-network pediatric private practice serving children primarily from birth to 10 years old. Our services include pediatric OT and PT, craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT), infant massage, feeding support, and gross motor development. Our care is divided amongst a mix of home visits and in-office sessions at our East Round Rock clinic.
Our practice is known for highly individualized, hands‑on therapy. We also offer intensive therapy models, providing higher‑frequency sessions over short periods (typically 2–3 weeks) to support accelerated progress.
Who You Are An Occupational Therapist who is clinically strong, compassionate, and family‑focused. In this role, you will support children in achieving developmental milestones while guiding and educating the parents/families throughout the process. Strong communication, trust‑building, and collaboration with families are central to this position!
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and create customized treatment plans for pediatric patients
Deliver therapy services in both home and clinic settings
Monitor outcomes and modify interventions based on progress
Educate and partner with families to support carryover and confidence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, and other pediatric medical providers
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Communicate professionally with families regarding scheduling and follow‑up
Represent Strive Pediatrics through community outreach, events, and occasional social media engagement
Required Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Texas OT license
Feeding therapy training (SOS and SCFES)
At least 1 year of pediatric experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort working independently in home‑based care as well as in a clinic setting
Commitment to lifelong learning and child‑centered care
Preferred Experience
3–5 years of pediatric practice
Advanced or specialty certifications (PCS, TMR, DMI, NMES, CFT, MNRI Reflex Integration, etc.)
