Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (or equivalent, as determined by the Medical Executive Committee, from time to time) with certificates of special qualification in endocrinology.
Practices medicine within the scope of authority and privileges granted by Moffitt Cancer Center. Provides patient care under the auspices of Moffitt Medical Group, and serves as member of the academic medical enterprise; advancing the institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer. The position may span the clinical and research enterprise, and supports patient care, research, and education. Evaluate endocrine patients, develop comprehensive treatment programs, place and refer patients to clinical trials. Particular focus on pituitary and adrenal disorders preferred.
The Chief will allocate the position's effort between clinical, research, educational, and administrative activities.
Requirements:
MD/DO or equivalent
Successful completion of an approved Fellowship in Endocrinology
Florida Medical License
DEA License
Board Certified in Endocrinology
