Efficient Technology: Modern technology and streamlined documentation to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the patient’s speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients’ specific needs and communication goals.
Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using evidence‑based practices.
Educate patients and families on communication strategies, speech exercises, and safe swallowing techniques.
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient‑centered approach.
