We are seeking an experienced
Registered Nurse Manager
to lead a
mixed-shift Intensive Care Unit (ICU) . This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of daily unit operations, staffing, and clinical outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily ICU operations, staffing, and patient flow
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care aligned with evidence-based practices
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and patient safety
Monitor clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards
Coordinate interdisciplinary care across departments
Manage admissions, discharges, and throughput efficiency
Oversee staff scheduling, productivity, and competency alignment
Manage unit budget, supplies, and equipment; identify cost‑saving opportunities
Support staff engagement, development, and performance accountability
Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient and family experience
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited
Registered Nurse (RN) program
Active RN license in Florida or Compact State
3+ years of recent Acute Care leadership experience (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Nurse Manager)
BLS and ACLS required upon hire
ADN required | BSN preferred
