Responsibilities As a PRN COTA, you’ll collaborate closely with our Occupational Therapist to design and deliver engaging, individualized treatment plans that help residents regain function, confidence, and independence. You’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team that values connection, creativity, and collaboration — all while ensuring documentation and productivity goals are met with quality and care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license in Illinois
Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends
Experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care is a plus (but not required — we love developing new talent!)
