We have an exciting opportunity for a RN to join our Pediatrics team located at 2209 John R Wooden Drive, Martinsville, IN 46151. This role is part of a small, dedicated team with extensive experience, committed to enriching the community through compassionate care. The position is a hybrid role that includes telephone triage and clinical rooming of patients, with responsibilities such as patient education, taking vitals, administering immunizations, and performing point‑of‑care testing. Occasional coverage at other pediatric practices is expected not to exceed four times per year. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel beyond standard commuting distance.
Pediatric experience is preferred.
Schedule: 24 hours weekly | Mon - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional weekends and holidays may be required.
Qualifications
Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction may be required.
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
