We have an exciting opportunity for a RN to join our Pediatrics team located at 2209 John R Wooden Drive, Martinsville, IN 46151. This role is part of a small, dedicated team with extensive experience, committed to enriching the community through compassionate care. The position is a hybrid role that includes both telephone triage and clinical rooming of patients, with responsibilities such as patient education, taking vitals, administering immunizations, and performing point-of-care testing. While the primary location is in Martinsville, occasional coverage may be required at other pediatric practices within the South Region, including Bloomington, particularly during holidays or weekends - not expected to exceed four times per year. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel beyond standard commuting distance. Pediatric experience is preferred.
Schedule:
24 hours weekly
| Mon - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Will work occasional weekends and holidays
Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
