As a Child and Adolescent Therapist at Blackbird Health, you will deliver high‑quality therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. You will build meaningful connections with patients, support engagement in treatment, educate families, and provide ongoing support. You will monitor progress against care goals, provide biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments, and work alongside an interdisciplinary team to make a tangible difference in patients’ lives. Deliver High‑Quality Therapy: Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy services, conduct assessments for new clients, and meet patients regularly. Build Meaningful Therapeutic Relationships: Spend necessary time with patients and families, educate on therapeutic approaches, and provide ongoing support. Drive Patient Progress: Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and conduct ongoing assessments to ensure meaningful outcomes. Collaborate for Integrated Care: Work with specialty providers to establish integrated treatment plans and involve family members when appropriate. Maintain Clinical Excellence: Keep thorough records, meet minimum clinical time expectations per week, and uphold highest clinical and technical quality. Basics You'll Need

Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during “after school hours” (after 4 pm ET on weekdays or any time on weekends). Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Hybrid schedule: on‑site Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (remaining days remote). Why Blackbird Is Unique
