Join a dedicated behavioral health team as a Therapist/Counselor, providing compassionate care in post‑acute and long‑term settings. As part of this organization, you'll collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver patient‑centered therapy both in‑person and via telehealth.
Responsibilities
Providing individual and group therapy for behavioral health and substance use challenges.
Developing and managing treatment plans from intake to discharge.
Monitoring progress and adjusting care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Supporting caregivers in managing addiction‑related behaviors.
Delivering services across partner facilities and via telehealth.
Requirements Requirements include a Master’s degree, active licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT), experience with substance use disorders, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
