Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy for patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges.
Develop and manage treatment plans from intake to discharge.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care.
Support caregivers in managing addiction‑related behaviors.
Deliver services both in person and via telehealth across partner facilities.
Requirements
Master’s degree in social work or related field.
Active licensure (LISW, LMHC, LPCC).
Experience with substance use disorders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
