Registered Nurse – Part-Time Infusion Center (Woodbridge, VA) The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC manages the infusion needs of patients and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. Occasionally we perform sterile dressing changes and lab draws.

We are currently hiring a Part‑Time Registered Nurse for our infusion center located in Woodbridge, VA. The RN will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering infusion therapy to patients with chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses. RNs from all medical backgrounds with outstanding IV skills are welcome to apply.

Anticipated work schedule: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis of patient data including status of lab work and patient assessments.

Report changes to the referring physician.

Make recommendations for patient care.

Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.

Provide patient education and participate in the clinic quality improvement process.

Conduct individualized patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on the patient’s immediate condition or needs within the timeframe specified by client facility policies, procedures, or protocols.

Administer medications, infusion therapy, and other treatments per prescriber orders, under the supervision of the clinic mid‑level provider.

Document, verify, and ensure implementation of physician orders with accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Deliver care with appropriate age and cultural competence to specific patient populations, maintaining confidentiality and providing care in a non‑judgmental, non‑discriminatory manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Associate degree in Nursing, or equivalent.

Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.

Current CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands‑on/in‑person assessment).

Minimum one year of experience providing nursing care (infusion experience preferred).

Telephone, MS Office, and computer/keyboard skills required.

Prior EMR experience preferred.
