IHBS Therapist – 4‑day work week

The IHBS will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children’s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI‑approved degree program
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral–emotional disorders (preferred)
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Option of a traditional 5‑day or 4‑day work week – work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
