Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Join us to provide high‑quality, compassionate mental health services across Texas. We seek a fully licensed therapist to expand our capacity and serve our community as a foundational member of a practice that balances administrative support with clinical autonomy.
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed clinician for an independent contracting role. This 1099 contractor position offers you the autonomy of independent practice while providing the operational structure and administrative support necessary to sustain a successful practice with minimal personal administrative burden.
Essential Qualifications
Must hold a valid and active Texas professional license
(e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist).
Minimum of a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, clinical mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
Professional liability insurance.
Minimum of two years of experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy (preferred).
Strong clinical and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence‑based, culturally sensitive therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and state licensing laws.
Assess and manage client risk, including crisis management.
Location Clinicians have access to an office suite for in‑person sessions in Richmond, TX, and we provide HIPAA‑compliant telehealth software for virtual sessions.
Schedule Set your own schedule and manage your caseload. Scheduling for in‑person sessions requires coordination for room availability. While site‑directed, consistency is encouraged to build a full, stable caseload. A minimum availability of 10 clinical hours per week is expected.
Compensation Compensation is a percentage of the collected fee. No minimum client or compensation guarantee (1099 structure). Detailed compensation tiers and overheads are available on our website:

Administrative & Business Responsibilities As an independent contractor, you will provide high‑quality clinical services, maintain accurate documentation within our EHR, and adhere to ethical and legal standards. You will manage your own schedule, build your caseload, participate in insurance credentialing, ensure professional conduct, use our secure communication systems, and follow financial and business policies, including billing and client confidentiality.
