Key Responsibilities
Resident‑Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
Individualized Care Plans: Provide personalized care to meet each resident’s unique needs.
Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed medical records of treatments and observations.
Confidentiality: Safeguard patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required—we welcome motivated professionals eager to learn.
