Pay Rate: $35-$36 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Manage and accurately order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
Provide personalized care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan.
Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, treatments, and other essential duties.
Maintain thorough and precise documentation of resident observations and care outcomes.
Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is preferred but not required.
