Travel Home and Community‑Based in Braintree, Weymouth, Quincy, Randolph, and Holbrook, Massachusetts.

Role Overview Join our In‑Home Therapy team as a Master‑level Clinician focused on children and families. Thrive outside the office and make a tangible difference in homes, communities, and lives.
Responsibilities
Assess families and youth in natural environments (home, school, community)
Develop treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
Provide therapy to youth and families using evidence‑based approaches
Prevent hospitalizations and out‑of‑home placements
Manage crises and build safety plans that actually work
Guide families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness
Team up with bachelor‑level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field – must be license eligible
Valid MA Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with a good driving record
At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently
Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family‑centered care
Enjoy fast‑paced environments and creative problem‑solving

Salary Range: $65,000 – $94,993 USD
