Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well‑being of residents.
Support residents' daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
Qualifications
Current LPN license from the state of New Jersey.
