Responsibilities The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks—such as wound care, saline lock removal, and Foley catheter discontinuation—under the direction of a registered nurse, in accordance with Florida law and BHSF policy. The CP collaborates closely with the RN to deliver safe, patient‑centered care, and must perform assessments and evaluate interventions that cannot be delegated to unlicensed personnel.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent (GED, certificate, or relevant experience)
Licenses & Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Additional Qualifications
CNA or LPN required
Minimum 1 year experience (prior experience in an acute‑care facility in Florida preferred)
Minimum required experience: 1 year.
