Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services is a robust, free‑standing psychiatric hospital offering dedicated services to adolescents and adults from the surrounding Birmingham community. With an average census of 150 patients, Hill Crest features acute inpatient, residential, and group home settings.

We do not treat medically compromised individuals beyond our scope of care.

Qualifications Job Requirements: AL RN License

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

Current status as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.

One (1) year of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.

RN must have credentials to direct physical management of the patient and have current CPR certification.

New hires are required to attend 8 days of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday + following Mon‑Wed.

Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, ABI/FBI fingerprint check, and drug screen).
