Responsibilities The RN Clinical Coordinator will oversee the delivery of optimal, safe, quality nursing care and regulatory compliance while providing leadership to staff by being an effective resource, role model, mentor and change agent. This position will positively influence the quality and delivery of patient care. It will coordinate all operations on a shift, seven (7) days a week, to meet the needs of all customers utilizing services within the designated area. Supports the mission and values of the health care system and is responsible for evaluating, assessing, and monitoring staff performance and adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications Education, Experience, Training:

Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience, recent Charge Nurse and/or other management experience.

ACLS, PALS, NRP and AWHONN, if required by the department they work.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, including wages, benefits and other forms of compensation, is $39.59 to $53.50. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, based on factors such as skillset, years of experience, education, credentials and licensure.
