As an RN in Critical Care, you will analyze the big picture and work towards the best possible patient outcomes. This role is made for the individual whose job satisfaction is heightened by being the key participant in the recovery of a critically ill patient. Critical Care offers you the chance to broaden and deepen your medical knowledge. This role enables you to build upon your autonomy skills while collaborating with physicians.
What You Will Do
Assess and manage critically ill patients according to AACN standards and department guidelines.
Provide care for a wide variety of diseases and conditions.
Contribute as a key participant in patient recovery and stabilization.
Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Critical Care experience is required.
Education:
RN with current Louisiana Nursing License.
Skills/Certifications:
ACLS and BLS required.
Personal Attributes:
Strong critical-thinking skills, teamwork, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
