Experience
Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
Productive and efficient in daily operations.
Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
