About the Role As a Child/Youth Case Manager, you will work directly with children and youth in the community to empower them to create their own service plans and goals. In this role, you will provide social skills development, behavior management support and education, and advocate for and connect clients to additional community resources. You will meet with clients and their families in their homes, the community, and the office to assess their needs, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Responsibilities

Provide social skills development, behavior management support, and education.
Advocate for clients and connect them to community resources.
Meet clients and families in homes, community settings, and office.
Assess client needs, track progress, and adjust treatment plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Valid Arizona driver’s license with no restrictions, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
Eligibility for fingerprint clearance throughout employment.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in case management.
Experience in behavioral health.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Monday–Friday flexible, full-time schedule.
