Pyramid Healthcare Inc has been in operation since 1999, operating over 80 programs in 8 states, delivering a full continuum of high‑quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. 64 Boy Scout Rd, Hedgesville, WV 25427 Hourly Rate:
$15.00/hour Schedule:> Full Time, 40 hours/week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete the intake process with new clients into program
Maintain client documentation
Observe and document client self‑administration of medication as applicable
Coordinate client activities
Follow objectives of treatment plans and client‑specific needs
Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide response including crisis intervention
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
Assist with the dietary needs of clients
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
