What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily operations of aggregate production to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
Monitor and optimize equipment performance and production output.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
Support and develop team members through coaching and training.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Work Environment This role operates in a quarry or plant setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods.
