Clinical Research Coordinator I – Dr. Babineau Psychiatry and Ob/Gyn A full‑time Research Coordinator is needed for the Resilient Beginnings Lab (ReBeL) in the Women’s Mental Health Center at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. The lab studies intergenerational trauma and early brain‑behavior development through a longitudinal prenatal cohort design involving pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood assessments.

Responsibilities

Recruit, enroll, and schedule participants for pregnancy and mother‑infant visits.

Conduct study visits, including pregnancy questionnaires in REDCap, infant fMRI scans with technical support, and mother‑infant behavioral assessments.

Abstract electronic medical record data and perform data quality control with benchmark reporting.

Track study spending, order supplies, and assist with REDCap and IRB modifications.

Prepare grant applications and support grant submissions as needed.

Maintain source documents and participant files; ensure compliance with hospital procedures.

Assist in monitoring visits and perform other related duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a closely related field.

1+ year of research experience preferred; no experience required.

Basic knowledge of research methods and statistics.

Experience with infants or young children.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and basic knowledge of REDCap.

Compensation Salary range: $58,661 – $73,530 annually (DOE).
