Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pueblo, CO for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients, design personalized treatment plans, and assist clients in achieving their recovery and wellness goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and their families regarding treatment plans, and monitoring progress to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in Physical Therapy with a strong understanding of rehabilitation processes and techniques

Proficiency in patient care and delivering exceptional medical support tailored to individual needs

Familiarity with home care and strategies for continuing patient progress outside clinic settings

A current and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Ability to adapt and provide care for diverse patient populations

Previous experience or certifications in specialized therapies like dry needling or laser therapy are a plus
