Physical Therapist – Albany, NY
We are urgently hiring a full‑time or part‑time Physical Therapist to join our highly respected practice in Albany, NY. This opportunity offers a supportive environment where you can provide personalized patient care and collaborate with a knowledgeable team.

Our practice is composed of experienced PTs, PTAs, chiropractors, and support staff who collaborate to deliver evidence‑based therapy and restore functional mobility for patients of all ages.
Duties
Patient consultation: review medical histories, examine patients, and assess relevant imaging and records.
Consult with referring physicians and the healthcare team regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs.
Assist patients through all phases of treatment using exercise therapy, passive modalities, hands‑on muscle and soft‑tissue work, neuromuscular and gait training, and re‑education.
Refer to appropriate in‑house or outside resources as necessary.
Educate patients on PT benefits, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises.
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation in patient charts.
Collaborate with other PTs, PTAs, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
Oversee PTAs and the rehab floor.
Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice.
Create an excellent patient experience with a friendly and focused attitude.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active PT license in New York.
Recent graduates are considered.
Schedule
Full time or Part time
Compensation
$100k+ (depending on experience)
