Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Lincoln market. This role involves diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, providing psychotherapy, collaborating with other healthcare professionals for care coordination, and offering crisis intervention when needed. Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the general spectrum of mental health conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy via in-person and virtual patient visits. Collaborate with the integrated care team to coordinate psychiatric and therapeutic care. Offer crisis intervention and urgent support as needed. Qualifications
Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Nebraska. One year of professional experience doing psychotherapy. Passion for high quality care and proficiency in using an EMR system. Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Benefits
