Physical Therapist – Full‑Time – Rochester, MN

Physical Therapist
to join our staff at
The Homestead at Rochester Rehab and Living Center , Rochester, MN. No productivity requirements and up to a
$10,000 bonus
are offered. New grads are welcome to apply.
Location : 1900 Ballington Blvd NW, Rochester, MN 55901
Wage Range : $45–$55 per hour (depending on experience)
Bonus : $10,000
Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
Design and implement rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits.
Provide hands‑on therapy, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff about pain management techniques and fall risk safety; teach exercises and injury prevention.
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (doctors, nurses, other therapists) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
Accredited Physical Therapy Program graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
Current accredited MN Physical Therapist license.
Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to home health care.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
