Inova Center for Personalized Health is looking to add a Massage Therapist to our outstanding team! Ideally, we want someone to work 10 hours a week between the hours of 12-8, M-F. We are also open Saturday mornings if additional weekend hours are desired. We offer great pay and a fun working environment. We are located at 8100 Innovative Park Drive, Fairfax, Va.

Massage Therapist Job Responsibilities
Ensures a clean and orderly work area.
Greets/escorts patients to proper treatment areas in a timely manner.
Performs therapeutic massages to patients in the fitness and wellness center.
Cleans mats, tables, and equipment, per facility standards, prior to massages.
Adheres to department policies regarding timeframe, form, and content of written daily notes.
Demonstrates collaboration in communication with team members and is open to feedback and receptive to change.
Selects evaluation and treatment methods appropriate for the diagnosis, age group, and patients' physical/emotional status while formulating appropriate treatment plans.
Is available to work seated massage events throughout the Northern VA area.
Massage Therapist Minimum Requirements
Certification - Basic Life Support from the AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
Licensure - Licensed Massage Therapist Virginia State License
Experience - 200 clinical hours and 500 training hours from an accredited massage institute
Education - High School diploma or equivalent; Certification from an accredited massage institute
