Nurse Make It Possible

Clinical Nurse I - RN - Transplant Unit - 9HN - Nights

For visionary nurses, the NewYork-Presbyterian Transplant Institute is a place where inconceivable care becomes inspiring reality. We performed the first successful pediatric heart transplant in 1984. Twenty years later, we conducted New York's first combined heart-liver transplant. Today, we were pioneering multi-patient surgeries, pre-operative anti-rejection therapy and more.

Transplant nurses provide critical monitoring and support at the bedside, throughout the transplant journey. Our nurse transplant coordinators organize all aspects of care, serving as the vital link between patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. We are home to the largest program in the United States and the most respected nurses in transplant medicine. Our heart, lung, liver, pancreas, and kidney transplant centers provide options for high-risk patients and unparalleled learning opportunities.

As you care for high acuity transplant patients, you'll work closely with world-renowned clinicians. You'll experience an environment with all-time high patient AND employee satisfaction. Enjoy flexible scheduling and continuing education and help deliver the most complex care. The national leader in transplant medicine, our hospital continues to redefine limits.
