Today, were pioneering multi-patient surgeries, pre-operative anti-rejection therapy and more.Transplant nurses provide critical monitoring and support at the bedside, throughout the transplant journey. Our nurse transplant coordinators organize all aspects of care, serving as the vital link between patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Were home to the largest program in the United States and the most respected nurses in transplant medicine. Our heart, lung, liver, pancreas, and kidney transplant centers provide options for high-risk patients and unparalleled learning opportunities.As you care for high acuity transplant patients, you'll work closely with world-renowned clinicians.
