Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) Join the Residential Services of NE MN as a full‑time Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our adult foster care home in Duluth, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives.

Shift:

10:00 pm – 8:00 am; Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Salary:

$18.75‑$19.25 per hour.

What You’ll Do as a DSP

Assist people with disabilities and mental illness in daily tasks: medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene, medical care and community activities such as shopping, concerts, outings, movies, fitness and outdoor recreation.

Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person‑centered culture.

Work 4–8‑hour shifts scheduled during the week and every other weekend, with a variety of shift times available to support 24/7 care.

Minimum Qualifications

Pass a post‑offer background check.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings.

No prior experience or certifications required.
