Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in North Branch, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. If you are compassionate, warm‑hearted, and reliable with a passion for caring for others, apply to join our team! Position Details
Schedule:
Evening shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm; every other weekend required.
Hourly Pay:
$18.75–$19.25 per hour.

Responsibilities
Assist in medication administration, household duties, and behavioral management.
Support personal hygiene and medical care needs.

Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person‑centered culture.
Qualifications
Pass a post‑offer background check.
Hold a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check (required for day or evening work).
