Full‑time and Part‑time Licensed Practical Nurses are needed for evening (3 p‑11 p) and weekend shifts.

Full‑time Evening shift sign‑on bonus: $7,500.

Full‑time other shifts sign‑on bonus: $5,000.

Part‑time sign‑on bonus: $2,500.

Competitive rates up to $38 /hour with differentials.

Full‑time No Frills LPN rates start at $36 /hour.

$5,000 loan to help buy a house, paid off through work.

Daily pay.

Pay Rate: $28.00–$38.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

Admissions, discharge, and transfer of residents.

Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.

Medication administration.

Follow infection control, emergencies, and other center policies.

Collaborate with residents’ interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.

Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.

Work under direct supervision in accordance with the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and procedures, and nursing judgment.

Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care.

Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.

Implement patient/resident plan of care and evaluate the patient/resident response (state‑specific regulations).

Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations (state‑specific regulations).

Maintain knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.

Maintain knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance and use (monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.).

Maintain confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all patient/resident/personnel information.

Qualifications

LPN licensed by the state.

CPR certification required.

Two years prior nursing experience preferred.
