Position Overview We are seeking Full‑Time and Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for evening (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) and weekend shifts. We also offer sign‑on bonuses: $7,500 for full‑time evening shifts, $5,000 for all other full‑time shifts, and $2,500 for part‑time LPNs.

Responsibilities
Admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
Medication administration.
Follow infection control, emergencies, and other center policies.
Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
Work under direct supervision in accordance with state‑specific Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
Deliver nursing care to residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care.
Collect resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information.
Implement resident plans of care and evaluate resident response per state regulations.
Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements.
Maintain knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices).
Maintain confidentiality and resident rights regarding all resident information.
Qualifications
LPN licensed by the state.
CPR certification required.
Two years of nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate: $28.00‑$38.00/hour
