Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Available Shifts
Evenings: 3 pm – 11 pm
Nights: 11 pm – 7 am
Pay, Benefits and Perks
$10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates
Competitive pay based on experience; starting rate $32.00 /hr
Shift differential pay (at participating locations)
Paid Time Off (PTO+) added after 30 days; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only)
Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only)
6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees
Up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs
Take home up to 75 % of net earned wages at shift end
401(k) retirement plan with company‑matched contributions after 1 year
Medical (Teledoc included), dental, vision, life, and other voluntary insurances for full‑time employees
Employee appreciation events and contests held monthly
Essential Functions
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
Assess and document residents’ conditions and nursing needs
Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
Assign nursing care to team members based on residents’ needs and staff capabilities
Administer medications
Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
Document treatments as required
Ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is kept clean and safe
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN Nursing school
One year of nursing experience preferred
Valid LPN license
Valid CPR certification
Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
Work cooperatively as a member of a team
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and all organizational levels
React decisively and quickly in emergencies
Maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
