The Guidance Center (TGC) is the Community Mental Health Center and Certified Behavioral Health Clinic serving Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas. We provide high-quality care to all individuals, regardless of their financial circumstances. The Guidance Center (TGC) is currently seeking an
OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN II
to be the newest member of our innovative interdisciplinary team. This position is responsible for providing outpatient clinical services to clients served by The Guidance Center. Evenings Required (1+ days per week after 5 p); Normal business hours (M-F 8 a to 5 p).

Competitive salary of $86,271to $91,420; depending upon qualifications.
Primary Duties:
Provide intake assessments and initial treatment planning
Provide psychotherapy (individual, family, and group) and on-going treatment planning
Provide minimum of four appointment hours per week after 5 pm
Work additional hours when needed to complete required work.
Provide daytime crisis services when needed
Ensure that all clinical services provided are following clinical guidelines of The Guidance Center and regulatory bodies
Understand productivity and efficiency goals established by TGC for the position, and achieve same
Provide documentation (clinical notes, reports, and other professional products) which complies with TGC's Quality Improvement standards and the requirements of all funding sources.
Be able to organize work to meet performance expectations and Center requirements
Adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Provide educational presentations to internal staff and external customers of TGC.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND LICENSURE: Master's degree in social work, Clinical Psychology, or Professional Counseling and licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), LCP, or LCPC by the first day of employment.
EXPERIENCE: Required: minimum of two years' experience in providing clinical services, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy services. Preferred: one year experience with the Kansas system of community-based mental health care and associated evidence-based practices.
