This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.
Where You Will Work 5 Pine is a 32 bed Telemetry Med-Surg unit with a focus on Stroke and Neuro adult populations. We also have 2 EMU designated beds for monitoringSeizure/Epilepsy patients.
We are a high performing team that practices nursing autonomy by utilizing best practices and policies and procedures to provide the best care to our patients.
We have an active Unit Practice Council that leads process improvement changes with the input of teammates in the department.
We strive for a cohesive team environment that is focused on team engagement, patient satisfaction, learning and growing as we continue to make our team successful.
We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
