Where You Will Work: 4 Pine at Atrium Health Pineville is a Post-Surgical Med/Surg unit with 32 beds and 4 surge spaces. In joining our team you will gain a range of experience and knowledge, providing post-surgical care for hips, knees, spinal, general orthopedics, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, ENT, urology, VATs, and other general surgeries, with the exception of cardiac and pediatric cases. Our Unit is a team, and we're looking for a kind and professional team-player who places the safety and care of the patient at the forefront. We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do: • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
