Overview Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.
Qualifications
Unrestricted RN/LPN license.
Valid CPR certification.
Full Time only sign on bonus $8,000 valid thru 11/30/25.
Responsibilities
Supervise care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit, assuring all assigned staff capable of providing appropriate care.
Provide safe and accurate medication related interventions.
Accurately transcribe and coordinate implementation of physician orders.
Perform nursing assessments regarding health status of residents; notify physician of changes and promptly implement new orders.
Develop plan of care based on assessment; implementing nursing care.
Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize resident’s condition and/or prevent complications.
Contribute to resident’s assessment (MDS/CAA’s) and development of a care plan.
