Physical Therapist

Employment Type Full-Time / Part-Time
What You’ll Do
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for inpatient and outpatient care
Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance therapy, and functional mobility programs
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercises
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or pediatric physical therapy settings
Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Licensed or eligible for Michigan Physical Therapy License
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Pediatric therapy experience
Care planning and program development for orthopedic patients
Telehealth experience
Knowledge of EMR/EHR documentation systems
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $84,850 – $107,530 per year
